My Dad, Jeff, passed away peacefully at home with his amazing wife Fiona and myself by his side early in the morning of Monday 8th November.
He fought a long battle against Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, a rare neurological disease which affected every aspect of his life.
My mum did an incredible job of caring for him, and keeping him home wouldn’t have been possible without the support we recieved from St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley.
This page is our way to remember Jeff and to raise funds for St Catherine’s so they can continue to help other familes like ours.
Please share any memories of Dad and give what you can.
